Should i bring them in? Chickens refuse to go out in the cold, im worried they are not eating.

We change out the run tarp (which serves as a roof) from the dark green in summer to opaque clear in winter to allow more light and sun given the change in direction of the sun and shorter days. It makes a difference even if the sun has no warming factor, it's at least brighter.

Light is incredibly important to chickens, not just laying but their health! Light and fresh air.
Thanks, @Mrs. K! After our first dialog I ended up changing the opaque, dark tarps with which I had originally wrapped my coop to heavy duty, clear, shower curtains. It made a big difference and i think improved my girl's willingness to leave the coop on their own.
Thanks for your guidance here, I was very worried about my girls for a bit there. They almost became house chickens. LOL.
