Most of my golden sebrights are mostly black. Is it because they are from a hatchery? or are they not even golden sebrights? Also, one is about 2 1/2 times bigger than the rest and was a different color than the rest before feathers started to come in. Is it a giant sebright? lol.

The only one with good lacing, on the right.

The giant one to the very left, with two mostly black ones on the edge of the group.

They usually get more gold after a few molts, but usually hatchery sebrights are darker. One of my golden laced sebright hens is almost pure black. It is not at all good quality, but I still like her anyhow.

I'm glad to know that my chicks are in good company. My silver laced rooster and buff laced hen are alone together so the eggs couldn't have been anyone else's. I googled for pictures of chicks because all of mine hatched out looking like little lumps of coal. Completely unlike any pictures of silver laced, gold laced, or buff laced chicks I've seen. But they're very pretty. Maybe they'll start looking like yours as they grow.
