My goose and chicken are gone and the hen house door was forced open

If the door was forced open it is unlikely you will find them again or that they will come back if they just got loose. Depending on where you live there are any number of predators that could force open a coop door, depending on how you had it locked. I once had to shoot a Bobcat that was pulling the roof panels of one of my coops to get to the birds. If the door was not fastened securely it could be anything from medium to large cats, coyotes, raccoons, etc.

If that’s the case then they must have gotten out themselves. The chances of them coming back are slim though... unless someone let them out ? Is it that easy to open that the birds could open it?

no, you have to lift it open to open it

Then I'm not sure. It sounds like someone would have to open it... a wild animal wouldn't be able to lift and pull outwards like that and I doubt your chickens would be able to either. Honestly I'm at a loss on what could have happened
