My goose egg was chirping but has now stopped

Ok thank u I will do that, he is a whole lot better today and fully dried still trying to walk but his neck is still a bit limp. He is eating and drinking water, I think I will put some vitamins in his water just to be on the safe side. Thank u for your advice
