My Goose Has Laid 5 Eggs When Will She Sit

I would start marking the eggs, then in about a week I'd take all the 'old' eggs (eggs laid until now) out of the nest. Repeat every week to two weeks, removing the older eggs, until she decides to set. That way she won't move her nest and the eggs won't go bad

she is in a 10x10x6 dog pen and she is laying her eggs in a big plastic dog house, in the same place every time, also after she lays she covers them up i took one the first one and put in the incubator. so far it is growing, but i dont have room for any more. so should i give her longer to see if she will sit? i hope one of my sikies will go broody, and i cold put a few under one of them, not to many the eggs are huge compared to chicken eggs lol thanks for everyones help.

The story is, you mark the first few, 2-3, and when there are more, you take those marked ones and eat 'em since they're likely sterile. The goose hatches out the 5-7 eggs

Ignore the looks in through your windows by the geese as you cook up a big goose egg omelet and eat it and don't share.
