my goose is sick I need some help

Ok I think cause I started with 10 days of oxytetracycline then 3 days of sulfadimethoxine then 10 days of baytril and feeding him flock raiser which has yeast as a probiotics he now has the beginning stages of thrush i.e 2 days of white poop Less eating and slight tiredness not sure on that but I just read allot a real lot and I'm finding it's pointing to that gotta read more sorry I'm stubborn but I will try my hardest to figure this out tonight he's like a son to me

And yes regardless of what I find I'm still going to the vet in the morning she has the legit medicine for him I'll post tomarrow on what she says we need these posts so if this happens to anyone else's water fowl they will know what to do god bless imma praying for mr.jackson tonight I really think the yeast in the flock raiser is the problem I mean it says yeast right on the bag so I'm thinking that did it are they the same type of yeast that gives trush

And again sorry for being stubborn and his foot pads went down and he's walking allot better after being off baytril for a day I'm seriously thinking of going back to school to be a farm vet we kinda have no one out here in the woods to turn to

If you want, search for candidiasis avian medicine, that should keep you busy, lol. But don't worry, your vet can take a swab from his mouth an a sample of poop and check for it very easily.

You must take him to her! She really should look at him and swab his throat.

Ok talked to her on the phone today today was her surgery day so I have a appointment tomorrow I found out last night apple cider vinegar in water keeps thrush in check till I can see her 4 tbs per gal she told me to just bring the poop 29.87 for her to microscope it he did get better noticeably after vinegar mix he drank last night he has diarrhea I'm kinda sure due to antibiotic for so long i.e 3 different meds for a total of 25 days of antibiotic he has beginning stages of thrush which I found out last night cider vinegar slows and kills some yeast plus the lab work how I found out it was entorobacter came with a side note she just told me today yeast did come up but I don't know if it's from his purina flock raiser crumbles which has yeast in form of probiotics in it

So dose anyone think the yeast in the flock raiser is causing an issue when I put vinegar in water he eats and chews it up to a slurry in the water normal goose routine but only after he's done do I see a short time later white in the water floating dose flock raiser have that much yeast in it it's causing an issue he's eating the most he's eaten in two days and he's definitely much more alert today more than yesterday could the vinegar be settling his stomach I don't know but if anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated if not stay tuned I'm gonna keep looking this up
