my goose is sick I need some help

He dose like the heater every morning he sleeps close to me by the heater within 3 feet of my head and I have noticed he has been liking the heater allot more after contracting what ever it may be

Mind everyone I hatched him from an egg in the incubator so he definitely marked me followed me everywhere as a gosling I taught him just like a momma goose would he dose these crazy displays when I bring him to a pond he runs really fast in a circle around me up on shore and in the water wings spread which I think makes him lighter on his flippers so he can run faster

I know poop tells allot about a sick bird dose or can anyone tell from a picture what this is I know it's a long shot but it's worth it to ask

That's kinda how I knew he was sick 2 weeks ago I'm glad he had some weight on him for this ordeal much thicker than the toulouse on my friends farm

Just water is what I would do. As mentioned earlier, some minerals can bind with Baytril and other antibiotics which will make them less effective.

The poop picture you posted looks like a bacterial infection to me, but he could have more than just a bacterial infection, he might also have coccidiosis and/or worms. To make matters more complicated, he could even have more than one type of bacteria.

So it was a good that I used baytril the vet checked for worms and said no took her like 45 minutes to do that the lab test I'm waiting for she said is the most in depth test I can do on fecal thus 3-6 days so I'm ruling out worms but will worm him this year gotta research the products only the best for my feathered friend
