my guinea pair is quiet

I just have one pair and they are quiet almost never speak, is it because they might be french guinea as they are huge. Taller than a RIR hen.

I don't believe they are Jumbos. To my knowledge, Jumbos only come in Pearl Gray and Lavender. Yours look like Pied Pearls. Guineas can stand quite tall but aren't as big as they may look. The standard guineas that I have only dress out at 2 1/2 lbs. where the chickens I process are typically 4 1/2 lbs.

hmm not sure on weight but they are bigger than my friends guineas. So i thought if not jumbo maybe french?
