Not sure if this was a great idea but they seem to be getting along. Is there any danger signs that I should look for? How much pecking is ok? Right now the guineas are perched on the top of the box and the chicks are pitching a fit. I think the chicks might like the keets more than the keets like them.

LOL, the keets may not care about the chicks now, but wait a couple days for them to all settle in and then take the chicks out for 15 mins and listen to the keets cry for their missing chicks. Keets like company, so I'm guessing they will accept the chicks in no time, (like around bedtime tonight when they realize there's more fuzzies to snuggle up to). You shouldn't have any issues at this age, just make sure everybody is warm enough and eating and drinking plenty. (But yes, of course watch for any pecking).
