My Hatch Is Complete!

I had a very successful hatch, several mutts, a black sex link, and two silkies, and a turken!!

Two seem to be laying down and arent as active as the others, could this mean death?

One more egg in the bator is rocking!!!!!! Uh oh!

Did you show them how to drink and eat? I had 6 chicks and it took one two days to learn to drink.....I would scoup the water up in my nail and let her drink till she got the hang of it.....I also put chick feed (which was to big for her (runt) and I put it in my grinder to make it smaller, they all liked it better that way) anyway I would sprinkle it on a paper towel and watched to make sure she ate.

I know they live off the yoke for 2-3 days, but they will still eat and drink right off the bat. Hope this helps.

havent heard anything from the eggs, im giving it a couple more days, and if nothing else im cleaning up the bator.

3 out of 8 arent looking so hot, but the other 5 are looking great
