My Hatch Journal- Comments or advice wanted :)

So I am trying my hand at incubating eggs for the first time. I have kept track of what I've done since I first set them, now that the more interesting(candling) things are happening I made a BYC page. I would like any comments or advice you can offer on what has happened so far.

Also what date/time is the last time I turn them?
