My hen’s foot is bleeding

Hello! My hen has a bloody foot and I’m not sure why. It’s snowy and cold outside but we have a heat lamp and she stays warm in there. I put coconut oil on it but that doesn’t seem to make a difference...help?

That doesn't look bad. Just a damaged scale.

It looks like she has scraped or cut it. It doesn’t look serious. I would watch it, and spray it with some Vetericyn, betadine, or put some plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment on it.
