my hen acts like a rooster!!!

so i have a hen that struts like a rooster and she tries to mount the roosters and our other hen. shes always fighting my one rooster that has a hurt leg.i really dont like her at all... can anyone tell me if its normal for her to do all this, i keep telling my husban that she is a he! or lady gaga lol

It is not unusual for a hen to take on a roos role if no rooster is present. Because yours is not 100%, perhaps she thinks she needs to fill the role. Once a dominant fully functioning roo is present, she should stop.
