My hen either has sour crop or coccidious.

I took her to the vet and they gave her medication and she had gotten back to normal. It started raining and we had turned the soil to try and get it to dry faster along with the earth powder. She doesn’t have blood in her poop this time but has some green and yellow watery to semi watery again. Her crop is full tonight and somewhat squishy. I won’t feed her tonight and see if it is empty in the morning. She is eating but not a ton.

What medication did the vet give you?

Check to see if her crop is empty by morning and let us know.
Photos of her poop may be helpful.

Did the vet run any fecal tests to see if worms and/or Coccidia were an issue?

Age of hen and whether or not she lays eggs would be good to know as well:)

She is over 4 years old, no she doesn’t lay eggs anymore, and she is a golden sex link. She does have some green, yellow, and brown poops. They did a fecal last time but it came back negative. I believe she had coccidious because there was blood in it and it was all green and watery. After the medication she got better and had all brown poop but then it rained again and the chicken coop turned into a muddy mess for a few days. They also don’t eat grass or anything like that because they don’t have access to any.

4 yrs old and not laying eggs anymore, she may be having some reproductive issues.

I would make sure her crop is emptying overnight and see that she's eating/drinking well.

Her crop hasn’t emptied since yesterday. It’s kinda squishy but it feels gritty. I don’t feel safe holding her by the feet to make her throw up because I don’t think that would work really anyway. What can I do? I have gave her olive oil.

No, I would not try to vomit her.

What did the vet originally give her and diagnose her problem to be?

I would take care giving liquid oil since they can aspirate. I give mine hardened pieces of coconut oil, they love the taste of it and will usually just eat it right up.
If the crop is squishy, then she may have sour crop. You can try treating for that to see if she improves. Often a crop issue is symptom resulting from an underlying condition - in laying hens reproductive disorder can be common. Other conditions like infection, worms and coccidiosis can also cause the crop to slow in function.

Here's some really good info on how to treat crop problems -I use these methods myself.

I am pretty sure she had coccidious the first time. She has all the symptoms of coccidious and once she has the medication she had gotten better. My other hen had started getting the same symptoms and once I gave her some corid, she got better too. The yard they were in would just turn into a muddy mess and would take days to dry so I can see why they would get it. One of the chicks I had this year died with green poop and blood so I believe that my chickens must have got it from her somehow. She also got a hold of some grass today and yesterday. She is still semi hungry and is pooping green and some brown so she is still getting some nutrition.

I don’t want to lose her. I just got her to four and I love her. She could either starve to death or die of infection.

That’s what her poop looks like tonight. Keep in mind she has ate grass yesterday and very very little this afternoon. She at least has some solid too
