my hen going to live with other hens...how to integrate them

I posted yesterday that we lost our roo and 1 hen to foxes yesterday. Very upsetting. I have 1 hen left (she's a naked neck) and she's very freaked out. She won't go near the coop and has been at our front door since yesterday afternoon (I did put her in the coop to sleep). I am going to give her to my friend who has 4 regular hens because right now we can't get new birds and i just don't think it's good for her to be all freaked out and all alone. My friends are just regular laying hens and they are at the age where they just started to lay. My hen started to lay in January. Not sure how old that is. My friend doesn't have a roo. How would it be best to introduce my hen into the group.

I would put her in with them on the roost at night. I've had the best luck with that method. There is going to be a little squabble over the pecking order but hopefully it won't be too bad.
