my hen has hurt eye wont open think she got attacked by dog

my ameraucana hen has been atacked by a dog it got one side of her face have putting vasilline around her eye and eye drops in her eye seperated her from the rest of them what should I do. she is verly eating she seems to be drinking water she looks in pain

I have given liquid baby tylenol to my chickens whom I think are in pain. I give .2 ml for each lb. I would get her on some kind antibotic (I use enroflaxin/baytril vet only) and for the eye you can pick up a small tube at TSC Neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and bacitracin zinc ophthalmic ointment usp (this is straight for the tube I have) it is 15.00 for 3.5g also gatorade mixed in the water. Cook her an egg.
