My hen house

Hi every body,
so I have a problem with these itty bitty tiny bugs that look like spots when you get them on you but you know their bugs because their moving on you and you can feel them moving.
their on the outside door of the hen house and you can't really see them on the door unless you look REALLY close.I've also seen them inside the hen house to where I get my eggs because I've seen them on the eggs when i get them my whole arm is almost covered in them.
Now I haven't seen any yet on the eggs today but I need to go get the other ones.
But, I have got them on my arm so their still their.
What could they be and what can I do to get rid of them.

Mites, likely red mites. Red mites live in the cracks, nooks, and crannies of your coop or hen house and come out to feed on your chickens' blood when they are hungry.
