My hen is acting sick

Hi, I have a hen almost 3- she eats drinks but is not active stays alone from the others- her bottoms smells bad- have checked her vent not egg- a little red on bottom- cleaned and removed some feathers - she feels thin and light- her eyes are good- her legs did look a little flaky so I applied olive oil and today I started oregano. Any advice would be appropriated.

She passed away last week- we on her to the vets and she was egg bound and they sent her home and she passed that night
