My Hen is BALD

This hen has some serious male pattern baldness going on. Any ideas?

How old is she? Looks like a moult starting. Be sure to check for mites, lice, etc.

bless her heart, she looks like my lil hen "Heathen" (DD even asked if that was her

) Mine got picked on by the others, now hers are in the process of growing back.

How old is she? She could be going into a moult it will start around the head/neck area. Does she have any other syptoms other than the missing feathers?

She seems fine other than the missing feathers. She's been like this for 3 or 4 months and I worry she will be cold this winter. She needs a bonnet.

We aren't sure how old she is, but she lays still.

My poor silkie rooster looks like that right now but with a scab as well. Too many were picking on him and so he is in lock down until he grows his head and neck feathers.
