Hi all!
So my Rhode Island Red hen (Named Akaki) is around a year and a half and has started balding. Just a couple weeks ago she had the most glossy feathers all over, but now she is thinning around her head. We've started calling her Baldy Waldy.
What could be the cause of this? She is the most dominant hen in our little flock, so it is not as if she is getting hen pecked or anything...what could be the cause?
