My hen is losing breast feathers and walks like she cannot see or is confused?

Thanks in advance. I have 2 production red hens. I just walked in from vacation (had friends feeding them) and discovered my adult hens are losing breast feathers. One of them worse than the other. The one that is worse walks like she can’t see and is moving her head around like she is confused and she takes really high steps. They both are incessantly focused on grooming as if they are trying to catch whatever is infecting them. What do they have? What do I do?

Sorry about your hens. Could you possibly post a video of them walking?
Also, do I see bumble foot scabs on their feet in the pictures, or is that just dirt?
What are you feeding them, and how big is their coop?

Treat them against mites. Mites can cause anemia and chicken act this way sometimes.
