My hen is missing feathers on belly and skin is red and patchy

About a month ago I noticed she was acting a bit broody and then I noticed she had lost some feathers on her belly but I just noticed they still haven’t grown back and the skin is patchy and red. I inspected and can’t find any mites or lice and she is acting completely normal otherwise. What could this be and how should I treat it?

Leave it, there nothing you can do. It's fairly common.

Sunlight will make any bare patches turn bright red. I wouldn't think her belly would get direct sunlight but that could be it. She may have plucked out her chest/belly feathers for the nest.
