my hen is mounting other hens?

no the one being mounted is 1 year old I just don't have a recent picture of her the one mounting the other is my barred rock hen and rhode island red hen both of them are 6 years old this is the one barred rock that mounts my other hens

You're welcome.

It's more common when there's a flock without a rooster, so the head hen takes on the duties.

I’ve got a Wyandotte hen that does the same thing. She even chases off the Roos that try to mount her and beats them up.
