my hen is no well!!!!plzzz helpppp

my hen has slowed down today she is not eating,drinking she is not active.....something is wrong from where she poop....below are some pictures

....PLZZ TELL ME WHAT IS THIS THING AND HOW CAN I CURE THIS..........(1) i have seen her two times that she laid her egg sitting on stick...she layed like she does her poop!!!! nest boxes were present.....plzzz help me

I think you might lose her her poop area looks like it could be rotting ,can you get her to a vet?

she laid eggs on the stick its not matter.....she is not well so laid her eggs here and there........what is the colour of poop?????

is her eggs hard or soft ..just see her poop is of what color.......or some internal organs are also pooping out????????

eggs are hard....yelllowish liquid is coming out from her clocoa....as u can see in picture

looks like gleet to me too, although I've only seen it in pictures. There should be lots of info on treating gleet on here, good luck!
