Hello everyone it’s been 4 days and my broody hen will not leave her eggs for one second to eat or drink I even put some food in front of her and a waterer but she will not eat or drink! Please help me I love my broody professor snowy feathers please help what can I do (she’s not closed off from the other chickens could this be the problem???)

Drinking is more important than eating. If she still isn’t drinking and she doesn’t try to kill u is you get close than dip her beak into the water so she knows it’s there.

thanks I’m not sure if it’s her drinking or the other chickens drinking her water lol but at least she still wants to kill me so that’s good LOL

Are you watching her ALL day EVERY day? You don't leave her alone at all? Broodies tend to want to be secretive when leaving the nest. They don't like being watched. She may be waiting until you aren't looking to go take care of business.

You really should move the food and water out of her reach. By not having to leave the nest to eat and drink, she could poop on the eggs, and that may kill them.
