my hen is sick again HELP!!!

My red star cross hen of 2 years is sick again. She has not been able to keep on weight, has a very prominent breast bone, no breast flesh. She still eats and drinks, but her crop is small and mushy. She doesnt seem to have smelly breath but is very lethargic. She just sits down and does nothing. This has happened just 2 weeks ago, but she got better, now shes going through it again. Im afraid she wont make it. Her comb is red but flopped to one side which is normally at attention.Please HELP! Any extra info i can give

Hybrid layers are prone to egg yolk peritonitis and internal laying. In the last stages, they lose massive amounts of weight in spite of eating well. There is nothing you can do for that other than euthanize the hen as there is no cure.
