I have a white leghorn hen she was raised by her self for a few months then i introduced her to two new chickens. And they are black silkies. At first she would peck and chase them but I figured it was a pecking order but it has been several months and she is still doing it. She does it when they come near her. Or just because she wants do. She pulls out lots of feathers of theirs. And I feel terrible because the silkies can't roam around in there run without being scared. What can i do to fix this?

You may have to separate them. Your hen did not learn normal chicken behavior as a chick, and is likely having difficulty socializing with other birds. That is why ideally all chicks are raised with other chicks or chickens. It would be unkind for your silkies to be left in with a bully.

Silkies also sometimes act a little different than other breeds, so that may be triggering the bullying behavior, I personally keep my Bantam and my large fowl separate because the large fowl can be a bit too much on bantams. I personally wouldn't keep them together because the leghorn could seriously harm your silkies.
