my hen isn't laying

My hen used to lay an egg a day almost like clockwork. Now she is dropping them off her roost in the night almost every night. Anyone know why this might be?
She even laid one in the nesting box and that one broke too, it's almost like it never hardened up???

She may be laying from the roost because it slips out of her without warning. Here is a discussion of the causes of soft shelled eggs

You could put a Tums in their water every 2 or 3 days for a week or so to see if the calcium boost resolves the issue.
