my hen keeps throwing up!

Recently my 3 year old black Australorp hen keeps throwing up and then eating it again. WHY!?!

She may be drinking a lot of water at one time, but it would be good to check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat or drink to make sure it's empty.
