So not the first time she's been mated...is she laying yet??6 months old
As long as she gets up and is eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK,
I'd not worry about it.

I’m not sure about the laying I haven’t seen those beautiful Easter Egger pullet eggs yet! Not the first time mating no. Eating drinking and living well. But I’m assuming soon eggs will be here. My other hens are laying eggs. She seemed to be at a slower pace and wanted nothing to do with mating. Then bam the hormone switch went off. Fingers crossed. Now that I’ve had time to really think about it. It seems may be she was being extremely submissive. “Playing dead” lolSo not the first time she's been mated...is she laying yet??

Might have a point there, but staying down is odd, they usually get right and shake those tail feathers to move the sperm up where it's stored. She's actually a fast learner. The faster she submits, the faster he's done and the less chance that she becomes injured.
