My hen thinks she is a rooster.

We recently bought a mixed breed rumpless chicken. She (he?) was a purchase made under the assumption that we were buying anot her hen. She/he is an older chicken (I always feel bad for the "throw aways" so they usually end up in my backyard) and has not laid in the two months we'be had her. From the time we bought her until even today, she refuses to roost in the coop and instead roost on our porch, which is how I caught her crowing! This is not the young roo sound some hens make, but a full on deep crow. She only does it once a day, usually early in the morning. Otherwise, she has hen qualities. My RIR roo tries to top her and she follows him around like the sun shines out of his behind and is terrified of our more dominant hens. I'm not sure if there is a feather pattern difference in Rumpless roos and hens, so that doesn't help me determine if maybe she is really a he. She doesn't have spurs, either. Can anyone give me some advice to figure out this mystery? Lol.

It let me upload! Not the best pic since it's roost time.

I'm okay regardless if it turns out to be a roo or hen. My chickens are pretty laid back towards each other so there arent any aggression/dominnie issues. I've just never owned a rumpless bird before and although I thought the comb and wattles look very roo like, our BR has bigger comb and about the same size wattles and she is definitely a hen (she lays like clockwork).
