Oh, dear. She had peritonitis then. That is probably why the other birds attacked her in the first place. They knew she was sick and were trying to drive her away. Birds are so cruel to each other at times. Well, then euthanization really was the best course of action. I am sorry. At least you know now that there was absolutely no other alternative.
