I'm sure some of you have seen my previous post, in which I introduced a new rooster to my hens, well, just recently they all ganged up on him and pecked his comb until he bled (I had to carry him and press a napkin to his comb to stop the bleeding) I'm not sure what to do anymore, I just want them to get along, please help :(

Maybe put him in a dog kennel inside their run. So the hens can get used to him.

My opinion is good for them for the girl power! You can have a re-do with a slower introduction and protection for him. They'll accept him eventually, but at least they will keep him in check instead of suffering like so many do....

I haven't seen your previous thread. How long has he been with the flock? Was there a proper introduction period or was he just thrown in with them?
I introduced him last week and split the run and the coop between the both of them. Everyday for 30 minutes I open up both the run and the coop so they can see each other. The boss hen always attacks him and the rest follow afterwards. He is a 9 month old cochin bantam and my hens are 1-2 year old blue andalusians.

I would think I just need longer to get to know each other, then. I know we humans can be impatient but there's no need to rush anything.

What do you mean by slower introduction? maybe limit the time?
