My Hens are not Laying....Need advice!

Need some advice. I just got my coop and chickens last weekend. We got 3 hens from a man who said they were from a "chicken laying house" and they were 11 months old. He said that 11 months is when they rotate them out. One of the hens started laying the first day we got them, the other hens have not laid at all. I know that they can get stressed from moving but I'm worried that maybe they are older that he told me they were. I am including some pics of Barred Rock hen. Does she look older that 11 months? Any suggestions or information on if the 11 month rotation is true?

Only a week.....

Then she's probably just stressed.

She is very friendly. Eats out of our hands. I have read that they can be stressed after a move but she seems the least stressed of the three. I guess time will tell.
