This is day 2!!!! I am so happy everybody is doing good. They look happy!!! and act happy!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy!!!!!!!! we are al just happy ha ha ha. I made her a nest in a box on the floor of the coop because my nest box was so high up. when will she take them out in the yard?

And what a sweet pic! I tried to get one of my chicks riding on mom's back like that, but they always jump off before I can snap them. She will probably take them out soon. In a natural hatch situation the hen stays on the nest for the first 2-3 days, while everyone finishes hatching. So she's probably getting used to them now and getting ready.
