My hens just stopped laying eggs.

I was getting an average of 12-16 eggs per day.

I had a friend take two of the rooster ( I now have only two) and four of the hens.

Since they have been gone (four days now) they have only given me a total of 3 eggs...in four days. Today I did not get any.

Whats up with that...are they stressed out about loosing some of their family? Or is it the missing roosters?
The two roosters I kept are bantums. I have two bantum hens, but the rest (32 hens) are variety of larger breeds.

Yep, chickens don't deal with change real well, however they should feel blessed losing some of the badgering. Prolly one roo will be enough, cause the fighting will increase after a while.... Good Luck!
