my hen's leg has grown around the band- help!

last fall we put bans on some of our chick's legs. most of them just fell off but 1 hen's leg has grown around the band. She isn't limping and doesn't seem to be in pain. What can I do to help her? Thank you for any advice.

Please do not attempt to take it off yourself. A vet really needs to do that surgery. Please get her to a vet quickly.

Thank you for the advice about my hen with the band growing into her leg. I am happy to report the band has been successfully removed and she is doing well.
