A new adventure awaits!

Overall very impressive folks!

One tidbit of creature comfort that I dare wager will be one of, if not the 1st topic that see’s a re-tooling.

Ramp up to and including the roosting rail.

The steps on this upper ramp look about 2x to big & too far apart for their feet?
I dare bet this is also about 10-15* too steep?

Roosting rail will likely be appreciated much more once it’s rotated 90* for the long side is vertical and the short side is horizontal. Again this is based entirely on the span of the feet of chickens as they grow up and mature.

I’m totally diggin’ on the look from the last picture in this post of yours that I edited for this reply.

How's it working out?
Anything you wish you'd done differently so far?

Haha, I really enjoyed scrolling through this project! Awesome job!!!
My husband and I decided to get chickens right when the Covid thingy hit, so materials were astronomical! He got creative and used mainly things that were leftover from other projects and did a great job!
Necessity is the mother of invention!
Props to you and all the other DIY folks out there!
