My housemate is dying

I'm so sorry your going through this....but at the same time it is something to be cherished. I was by my grandmothers side when she took her last breath and I'll never forget it. Although she was unconscious for the last 16 hours of her life, I still held her hand and told her I loved her a million times. Your family are in my prayers in this difficult time

I think the best gift you can give someone in your housemate's condition is to tell her it's ok to pass on. That you all love her and will miss her, but that it's ok. I'm sure you've done that already, nurses usually know this.

God please give ddawn the strength she needs to hand her friend over to your side of the fence, give her peace in her actions, and comfort to her and her family.
