I recently bought a brand new hova-bator incubator and turner off of offerup.
I had already started my eggs in an incubator I ordered from eBay, but the temperature kept spiking and the beeping kept us awake at night.
Today is day five, and yesterday I switched the eggs over to the hova-bator.
I thought they were doing perfectly, but in a day and a half, I have never noticed the turner moving, and I have never caught it at a different angle. Is there some sort of On/Off button that I'm missing?
I have read that is turns really slowly, But i don't think this is the problem.
please help me!!!

I suggest you contact GQF and talk to them about it. They are the manufacturers. I've had that issue with that turner before, the rails were in a bind. Basically I did not have it hooked up right. That was years ago and even if I remembered details I'm not sure I could explain it over the internet. The slide that goes over the knob was too tight. I just kept fiddling with it until I gt it to work. GQF built it, let them describe it to you.

That turner is slow. I've noticed the position of the trays, gone away for a while, and it looks like they haven't moved when I go back. I don't remember how many times it cycles in a day. You might set a timer for a half hour. Notice the position of the trays and come back in a half hour. I think it is slower than that so if it looks like it hasn't moved set the timer for 45 minutes and check that. If it still looks like it hasn't moved, it probably isn't moving.
