Well, I have been searching and searching for JUST the right humidity control for my incubator. I am going to sell my LG and build my own multi shelf unit out of hardwood, lined with styrene, and skinned with a gloss laminate.

Here is what I am installing for humidity. It is DEAD accurate, as it came out of "hosptial surplus" used in a human baby incubator machine, so humidity control is precise. The best part is, I can pick these up All day long at about $40.00 each. It has the digital control, humidity sending unit and regulator which installs IN the incubator.

Sorry, yeah it's another website I belong too, and in order to see photos, you DO have to be a member. I"ll try and enlarge the photo for this site.

And do we get ordering info?

Sounds like it would help out even in a sportsman or a Dickey

Ok..that didn't work....hmmm...I'll keep working on it

one more time:

the unit you see in the upper right with the "resevoir" is tha actual humidifier portion of this unit. The upper left unit, is the "hygrometer" part of the unit that would install inside the bator and send the humidity levels and call for humidity as needed..and the bottom left unit is the "readout" unit..where you can read the humidity levels and also adjust the levels as needed. These are accurate to 1% + or - for humidity and rated for a larger chamber. So the size of an egg incubator should work extremely well with this setup.
