Mickey (my hen) was attack by her brother when they were 6weeks old, he almost killed her he pecked her head til her skull was showing. So I took her in and brought her back to health. Now she is almost 5 months old and only has a little scar left. However she does act unlike most chickens she has her own little personality. But she also twitches a lot and runs in circles, she also has anger issue, she stressed herself out and her face turns beat red it's so sad. All her sisters currently have their comb and she still doesn't she is almost sexually mature, she is 20weeks and all my previous hens started laying between 22-27weeks, but she doesn't have her adult features in her face yet unlike her sisters. I was wondering if being injured like that when she was so young if it could cause her to have nerve damage (which explains the twitching), and also mess her up mentally which may cause her to not mature? As this happened before is it a possibility for her to never fully grow up? IMG_20200721_112202600.jpg when we first found her. Snapchat-1512241460.jpg how she is now.

There is a possibility that she may be neurologically impaired going by the actions you describe. She is no where near to point of lay.
Well all my previous bantam hens started laying between 22-25week whereas she is 20weeks so pretty close but she doesn't look as old as she is, unlike her sisters.

Oh bless her heart. That was quite the experience. Five months old is still pretty young. If days are getting shorter where you live, that could delay her from laying even further. I wouldn’t count her out just yet.
Well my previous bantams (including her mom) laid eggs between 22-25weeks and she is 20week however she doesn't look 20weeks old unlike her sisters. And I would never count her out she is a little sweetheart whether she lays eggs or not she gonna get so much love. I was just worried she might never mature due to the injuries.
