I have a red cross that will not put any weight on her leg and just stand with her foot off the ground any suggestions

Look at the bottom of her foot for signs of bumble foot.

Also, feel out the leg for abnormal heat or swelling, or anything that feels like a broken bone. It is probably bumblefoot, but check for everything.

she won't let me touch her she did go in tonight and is on her rost bar

she walks on it and moves it just fine just won't stand on her foot

It could be a tumor, but it's far more likely to be a minor infection. Chicken pus is solid, so you may have to dig it out with a scalpel, but that's a little bit drastic right now. Try soaking it in a strong epsom salt solution for ten minutes twice a day for a week and hope it clears up.
