Hello. I just joined this forum. My name is Kris. My husband and I live in N. Ga. on a small 3 acre farm where we raise Lamancha dairy goats and one Nubian. That's all I can handle of them. But I love her lots. We also have 2 red calves. One a steer for the freezer next year and a heifer to breed for more.

I had just recently sold all my hens because they stopped laying. So off they all went. They are all now at very nice homes laying away for their new people. So I just had to have some more. We had kept our rooster, Russell Crowe and he was getting a little lonely just running around with the guinneas and ducks. So we got him some more girls. They are getting aquainted through the wire of the hen house now, til I feel they will be ok together. He is wanting to get up close and personal right now though!

So I am exited to be a part of this forum. I know I will learn alot here. Thank you all for having me.
