I agree with you some of the prettiest things happen to my lawn if I don't mow it for several weeks. It is actually quite beautiful right now since he's been out of town for a while. I have these delicate little purple flowers and some kind of lush green carpet with little blue flowers.
By the way, I have 6 sweet chickens (1 Rhode Island Red and the rest Aracaunas) and they do have an outdoor run that they will have to be in for the next couple of weeks. I will just have to give them some extra loven'. By the way, my husband built the coop and the totally enclosed run for them. It's real nice. I still love him.
