My hygrometer died

I hate this, my brand new Savoy Hygrometer died today. It cost me $27 too.

7 days into a batch of eggs. I'm so tired of trying to get an accurate hygrometer for hatching. It's so frustrating. The guy at the cigar story didn't give me a reciept either.

Maybe a new battery or did you try that? I would call them and let them know about it.

The first one I Bought was from a Cigar store on Ebay. It still works but it cuts out after 4 or 5 days in the incubator. I don't think they are designed to be kept at that kind of heat for so long. Humidors are to be kept cooler than an incubator. I know your frustration. I think many of us have 4 or 5 of the darn things just for that reason.

Well, I think I figured it out. Duh It only registers 20% and above, it got below that. NOT GOOD, But it would have only been below for a very short time. I've gotten lazy with this bator that thinks for you.
