That old, and that much shell missing, I'd leave it be and just keep humidity from getting low. It should be hatching pretty soon anyways

Okay, so do I use a qtip and water to keep it from drying out? I read that somewhere else

I wouldn't, thats just letting humidity leave every time you open the incubator. Just leave it alone and keep humidity up like it should be
