I have a Hova Bator Genesis styrofoam incubator that looks clean but smells moldy.
I used it 2 years in a row and made the mistake of storing it with the cover on. That might have caused this problem.

I always wiped it out with bleach and water.

I have now once again wiped it down with bleach and water and letting it dry.

How do I disinfect the motor part or should I ignore that part? Same thing with the motor on the tuner.

Any suggestions how to freshen this up and make it safe to hatch eggs?

It looks clean and new.

I usually clean mine the way you have. I then leave it out in the sunshine to dry. Sunlight is a great disinfectant, too. The UV light kills bacteria. For the motor and heater, I blow the dust out with compressed air. I don't think it would be a good idea to get the motor/heater wet.
