My injured chicken won't eat, only drink.

Any tips on how to get some food or nutrients into my chicken that hasn't eaten for about 10 days now. She drinks on her own. She got bit by my dog, lost an eye and us on antibiotics from the vet. I've been putting her feed in her water. I gave her a tiny bit of Greek yogurt from a syringe. And a tiny piece of tuna. She acts like she hates me feeding her and me giving her her medicine. She seems to be getting better, more active and alert, flew up on porch to roost yesterday. But not eating. She does do a funny little clicky thing with her beak, but I'm not sure if that's because of the yogurt and medicine being sticky.
