Hi all members, i am new on this forum. I am from pakistan and raising chicks since childhood. Dady got me colored (artificially) small chicks of one or two day age when I was a child of 5-7. I raised them and then followed by new ones. When I grew up during my graduation I could not find time and gave a gap. After doing my job, i again bought cages and started raising chicks. Till now raised so many chicks. Then i also raised turkeys and pigeons as well. Now since I am out of home town for job at Oil & Gas plant my cages at home became empty. Here at the plant I found a big cage and kept one Roster and two hens. These are cross breed of fighting and other hens, but not pure Aseel Cock or hens. However both hens laid 11-13 eggs and hatched. The result was not so good due to extreme weather of desert area but each hen got 4 chicks. The chicks are health and beautiful. Rest I belong to an agriculturist family. My dady has a farm and ranch. I have done MBA and doing job in an Austrian Oil & Gas Company OMV G.m.b.h. Exploration Pakistan. Thats all about me. I have an experience of curing chicks and giving them healthy natural feed. I learnt all these basic tips from my grand father. He had been raising Aseel Cocks, fighting Dogs (cross breed of Bullterrier or so) and breeding throughout his life. he was a pure agriculturist. two of his sons (my uncles) are settled in Houston Tx and had farm over there as well. Thats all about me.

Hi Mak and a warm welcome to BYC - great that you have joined us. I'm sure that you have lots of experience to share with us and maybe you'll find it interesting to see how folks from different parts of the world do things.

Best wishes
